Hi all,

I'm new to this list and relatively new to ReStructuredText. So forgive
me if I ask a question that has been discussed before.

Can anyone tell me where I would put a ".docutils" configuration file in
Windows? I've tried the "c:\" root directory as well as
"c:\users\MyName\" directory and neither seems to work. On my Linux
partition, I just put it in "Home" and it works fine. I'm now trying to
duplicate this in Windows.

Thanks.

Virgil
